1. Services
We provide video production services including creative development, filming, editing, color grading, sound and delivery. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work ("Proposal") that you approve before work begins.
2. Quotes and pricing
Starting rates shown on our website are indicative. Your final price is the fixed amount in your approved Proposal. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and only carried out with your written approval.
3. Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project total is due to confirm your booking and reserve production dates, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files, unless otherwise agreed.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late balances may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.
- Final, full-resolution files are released once payment has been received in full.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your Proposal. Additional revisions are billed at the rates listed on our Services page.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and any brand assets, music, logos or materials you supply that you have the right to use. You are responsible for obtaining approvals for locations or talent you provide.
6. Intellectual property and usage
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the purposes and media specified in your Proposal. We retain ownership of raw footage and project files unless otherwise agreed, and may feature the work in our portfolio and showreel unless you request confidentiality in writing.
7. Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, natural disasters or government restrictions. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
